The car arrived on time and Andreea contacted me to confirm a suitable date and time. Albeit it would have been great if pick ups weren't restricted to 2 slots throughout the day.

The centre was very busy and we collected the car at 9am which in hindsight wasn't the best time as lots of cars were being dropped off for servicing. Our sales rep was kind to pick us up from a nearby hotel but we wish we had more time to ask more.

It's always a professional, friendly and helpful service at Berry. They also helped me sort out a hire car which I totally forgot about. Thank god they did as my car was not ready until the next day and I would have been stuck relying on taxis.

Mostly ok. Less than usual levels of communication. Had to chase (though the rep acknowledged with gift bag. I asked for my good condition tyre to be kept to use as an emergency back up. That wasn't done or even addressed, losing me that tyre.

I was sent a voice mail with an offer for a service. When I called to take up the offer no one would believe what was said in the voice mail. I was assured that the recording would be listened to and I would get a call back. Nothing.

Carpet floor mat on the driver's side was soiled with what seemed like mud/oil. Smearing of similar material was found on my leather steering wheel (which left marks), gear stick and dashboard control buttons. Very unhappy. Staff was careless.

Came in for a recall, and it included a general check, where it was said there was a major leak and it was just the sump plug not tightened causing the leak. And also broke my blind spot mirror on the outside.

My car suffered a sudden loss of coolant. Berry Heathrow were good enough to accept my car in as an emergency repair. Becuase the car was young and low mileage, BMW nearly halved my large bill. That was fantastic service Mr Darren Price! Thank You!

The 5 points comes from the fact that the guys at the reception were very polite and helpful. But after I collected my car, I never noticed until the next day, that whoever dealt with the cleaning of the car messed up big time.
